Breaking it down, plain and simple
A fine brief stay with pleasant staff and a generally tidy atmosphere. The bathroom amenities could use some enhancement, and noise levels from the street were distracting at times. Conveniently close to public transport stations, yet be cautious when exploring the neighborhood at night to ensure safety.

The gorgeous breakfast offers excellent food: croissants and cakes. The double room is elegant, we also loved nice views. It has great and incredible location in Esquilino district adjacent to Termini train station, the main train and bus terminal, and most restaurants nearby.

A decent breakfast for 10 euros.
There were no slippers or a shoe spoon.

A large room with a comfortable bed, alongside a lovely bath perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The staff were consistently friendly, and breakfast was good with unlimited cappuccinos. The surrounding area had a rough vibe, including sight of homeless individuals, which detracted from the experience. The Wi-Fi was inconsistent, which complicated staying connected during the trip. Still, the convenient location near transit options made it easy to reach the city's main attractions.

We had the most comfortable few days there. Everything was great, spacious and airy room with breakfast. The breakfast had perfect choices and there were croissants and cakes. The private parking was nearby, excellent service.

Can just recommend for short visits
Comfortable room, friendly staff, perfect location, we found the hotel clean and conveniently situated just 200 meters from the main train station, making it easy to explore iconic sites within a 20-minute walk.
Nothing could be improved.

The service of all staff. The breakfast is very complete, varied and of very good quality. The attention of having all the time, at the disposal of the client, coffee or tea and a few masses. The proximity to Termini station.
Being a 4-star hotel, the room we were assigned does not correspond to that category, because it is small, the floor is made from ceramic imitating wood, the bathroom is small, especially with regard to the shower room, which lacked space to arrange soap, shampoo and the rest of the elements.

The quick response from staff when I had a TV issue was refreshing. The room felt cramped for our family of three, making it challenging to relax.

Friendly staff and helpful if you needed directions or reservations at local resturants. Very close to Termini Train station, 10 minute walk maximum with bags in tow. Rooms always cleaned quickly, and the breakfast offered good selection for international traveler. Quite considering location in busy part of town. Great location close to all transportion methods, bus, train, subway, taxi. and travel tours if wanted. Also plenty of resturants in the area to choose from for low to high budget. Strongly recommend to all travelers, experinced or new international travler, spend the extra bucks and get a great place. Not the Ritz, but very good. English was very good by employees. No problems in that department.
If you are American, forget the coffee in the morning you will not recognize it at all. Stayed in other hotels on this trip and they where all the same. Also, Could use ice in the orange juice, Seems to be a European thing room temperature fruit juice and Paramlac milk. Other then these minor things all was very good.

Location is excellent.
Very small room, and not the most comfortable bed.

The location is perfect, just a short walk to the train station and major sights. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The friendly staff were always helpful! The free access to the small gym in front of the hotel was a nice bonus.
